Build the full budget
Item price + China domestic delivery + service charges + international freight + applicable destination charges. Keep a margin for packaging and currency differences.
Plan the whole parcel.
Build your budget around the complete order, then compare current routes using your destination and packed parcel details.
Understand chargeable weight
Some routes use the greater of actual and volumetric weight. The divisor and any size thresholds depend on the route; use the current CSSBuy calculator rather than assuming one universal formula.
Choose eligible routes
Check the destination, product attributes, tracking, weight limits and maximum dimensions. Perfume, batteries and other restricted goods need particular attention.
Review the packed parcel
Packaging removal and consolidation can change weight and volume. Confirm the final quote, packaging services and route conditions before dispatch.
